Dentsu Tracking in Amazon (AWS) Switzerland announcement
Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company (NASDAQ: AMZN), today announced it will open an infrastructure region in Switzerland in the second half of 2022.
According to the release, the new AWS Europe Region based in Europe will enable even more developers, startups, and enterprises as well as government, education, and non-profit organizations to run their applications and serve end users, via data centers to be located in Switzerland.
Dentsu Tracking’s EU-wide tracking and tracing system is used by public authorities in the EU to fight against illicit trade, thereby preventing theft, under-declaration, and fiscal evasion.
The company uses AWS serverless technologies to get fast data management and content delivery in one interface.
